By accessing and using the EduCator platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

• All course fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
• Course prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing enrollments.
• We accept payments via UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

4. Course Access and Usage

• Course access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not share your login credentials or course materials with others.
• Recording, downloading (except where explicitly permitted), or redistributing course content is prohibited.
• Course access duration depends on the specific program terms.
• We reserve the right to update course content to maintain relevance and quality.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the EduCator platform, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, videos, and documentation
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Software and technology
• Website design and user interface

is the property of EduCator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Internship Program

• Internship placement is subject to successful course completion and meeting eligibility criteria.
• While we guarantee internship placement assistance, final selection is at the discretion of partner companies.
• Students must maintain professional conduct during internships.
• Internship terms (duration, stipend, location) are determined by the partner company.

7. Certification

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements.
• Certificate verification is available through our online verification system.
• Certificates remain valid unless revoked due to academic misconduct.
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates in cases of fraud or misrepresentation.

8. Code of Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors.
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content.
• Attempt to hack or compromise platform security.
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

EduCator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India, and the language shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
