Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At EduCator, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full Refund (100%): Requested within 7 days of enrollment and before completing more than 10% of the course content.
• Partial Refund (50%): Requested between 7-14 days of enrollment and before completing more than 25% of the course content.
• No Refund: After 14 days of enrollment or if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at khand7302@gmail.com with your enrollment details.
2. Include your full name, registered email, and course name.
3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request.
4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
• Bank processing times may vary. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed.
• Certification fees (if paid separately).
• Workshop or bootcamp fees (unless cancelled by EduCator).
• Any promotional or discounted courses.

5. Course Cancellation by EduCator

In the rare event that we cancel a course or program, all enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value at no additional cost.

6. Deferment Policy

If you are unable to continue your course due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a one-time deferment:

• Deferment requests must be made within 30 days of enrollment.
• You can defer to the next available batch (within 6 months).
• A nominal deferment fee of Rs.2,000 may apply.
